Capture Women's March to defend reproductive rights in Washington, DC. Capturing several different types of shots throughout the event, including candid action and portraits.

Pre-production: Review mood boards, attend meetings, review talent, and shot list with Discovery TV POC prior to shoot On Location Shooting: Capturing set stills, behind the scenes, food hero shots, celebrity and their special guests on location. Unique setups with a mix of wides/closeups/angles. Photos delivered with color correction only.

Prep/Pre-Pro: Review provided content briefs, creative briefs, production books, etc. prior to the shoot, be timely with any materials needed in pre-production (i.e. the shot list, schedule review, etc.), attend pre- production calls, be mindful of the timeline and communicate any expected delays in advance. On-Location/Shooting: Shoot two evening events for the city or cities assigned, travel for the creation of these packages – all travel logistics to be handled by photographer, provide all required equipment as determined in planning, look and act professionally at all times as an extension of the team and partners are often on set, direct on-camera segments with the talent for optimal footage that delivers on the final content plan, be mindful of the surroundings when shooting to avoid undesirable backgrounds or other issues that would affect the final photography, responsible for the final quality of the photography in terms of both photo quality and satisfaction of shot goals. Event Coverage – Create an Instagram story of 8-10 panels (combination of still photos, videos and boomerangs) and extend over to the CLIENT’s Facebook, post one multiple (8-10) photo post for Instagram Feed (extended over to Facebook), share a couple photo collections for use on Twitter tagging the appropriate accounts, apply the proper brand voice, any tags, etc., AS WELL AS create an Instagram Story Highlight with content from both nights.

On-Location/Shooting: Shoot events for the city or cities assigned, rough timing 6pm-11pm (aprox. 5 hours), be required to travel for the creation of these packages – all travel logistics to be handled by photographer, provide all required equipment as determined in planning, look and act professionally at all times as is an extension of the MILES team and partners are often on set, direct on-camera segments with the talent for optimal footage that delivers on the final content plan, be mindful of the surroundings when shooting to avoid undesirable backgrounds or other issues that would affect the final photography, AS WELL AS be responsible for the final quality of the photography in terms of both photo quality and satisfaction of shot goals. Post Production: Review ALL photography to delete any unquestionably unusable photos (out of focus, bad takes due to outside influences, etc.; outtakes are fine, provide all usable photos in the required organized manner to via supplied shuttle drive or cloud-based system by the appointed due date after the on-location shoot ends, provide five lightly color-corrected hero images within 24 hours of the event for use in post-even press releases, and be timely with any materials needed in post- production (i.e. organized raw assets, invoicing, etc.).

I've worked on the Technology space for 15 years and on the Creative Director side as a Stills Photographer. *Work with IT partners to construct project plans based on business needs and competing priorities. Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to it. *Manage Scope –Perform analysis for changes and negotiate/recommend course of action or escalate as appropriate. Document what is in vs. out of scope. *Manage Risks – Identify, communicate, and manage project risks and/or escalate to management. Anticipate problems before they occur. Work to reduce and eliminate bottlenecks in workflow processes. *Track Status – Create and distribute status reports.
