Provide PPE, testing grid for the week, organize testing days, setup testing stations, and send out reminders of testing days. Setup time, location, and staff for testing. Make sure everyone has on proper PPE, wash their hands, and following protocol at all times while on set.

Make sure crew, talent, and staff stay safe during taping. Provide hand sanitizer, Kleenex, masks, testing schedules, onsite testing, and communication with production managers. Assist with testing before, during, and after taping for clearance.

Assist with covid screening when asked. Take samples to the lab after covid screening sessions. Clean areas before and after covid screening. Pass out masks, hand sanitizer, and direct clients to hand washing stations.

Order, organize, and test all talent on show. Make sure all protocols were followed and adhered too while taping. Set up covid supplies and table for entrance of set. Clean before and after testing.
