Worked closely with lead actors’ assistants on high-level needs.

Researched, wrote episode breakdowns, bios and pitch sheets. Contacted paranormal witnesses, researched and and contacted experts/talent. Conducted remotely filmed pre-interviews and edited casting tapes (Premiere Pro). Promoted to shoot producer to organize Covid-friendly shoots and interview paranormal witnesses. Managed shoot schedule and oversaw film crew. Answered directly to Executive Producer.

Assisted co-EP and small crew with equipment setup, breakdown, lunch, research, talent makeup, and misc tasks as needed. Acquired equipment for and implemented Covid safety measures.

Set PA for documentary crew interviewing and shooting vérité with Olympic medalists Nadia Comanice and Bart Conner. On-set support and arranged local transport, catering, crafty, hard-drive courier, expenses, etc.

Set PA for live national sports broadcast on NBC. Assisted in setting up basecamp production trailer. Assisted producers, talent manager and stage managers in preparing for and handling performers, VIPs and cadets during rehearsals and live NHL game broadcast from the US Air Force Academy.
