Assist in transporting equipment in a live sporting event setting, setting up/tearing down equipment, grab crafty items/lunch, ensure production ran safely and smoothly. Work directly with production coordinators to effectively carry out plans in a timely fashion.

Pick up a number of different things for company and drive to transport/deliver item to clients. Maintain contact with producer to ensure timely execution throughout process.

Handle release forms, set up gear, tear down gear, collaborate with producers/production manager/crew to ensure smooth set. Assist camera department as needed.

Assist camera operator in setup of camera and lighting, including marking talent, slating, follow focus, setup and teardown of camera and lighting equipment including stands, tripods, monitors, etc.

Assist in set up and takedown of gear/equipment, interact with guests during special event and oversee event to ensure everything was properly used and safely tear down equipment.

Assist camera and lighting department in setting up and tearing down equipment. Load/unload and drive production/cargo van to shooting location, acquire release forms, making runs including picking up lunch, retrieve crafty, communicating with talent and field producers regarding needs of the production.

Assist gaffer in setting up lighting and execute a variety of techniques in accordance to director needs and vision. Proficient in operating tungsten lights, fresnels, LED, fluorescent, etc.
