Worked mostly with craft services, providing food to cast and crew, going on runs for food/supplies and securing Covid rules. Also instructed other PAs and gave them various tasks throughout the day including assigning different departments to PAs to stay and assist them.

Locations dept; making sure permits are secure, blocking sections for parking/shooting, transporting trailers from one location to the next, putting up signage, laying down ramboard and protecting the location from damage, setting rules to prevent damage, runs to Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.

Setting up demos to sell products on live television; building/taking apart props, testing products as well as setting up lighting/cameras (shows are currently being shot in small individual studios with talent only due to Covid, so there is no camera crew- just the talent, the main props master and myself for assistance. Due to my experience w/ cameras and lighting I was able to help.)

Taking down various notes for the producer to send to the editors, including writing down certain phrases said by talent or situations that would make for a good episode, and the times at which they happened. Would also write down unusable takes/footage/lines and the times for those as well. Finally, I assisted with OTF’s and collaborated with the field producer on dialogue that was then suggested to the talent to say.
