Continuity Supervisor, plays the role of security that no detail goes unchecked from every department on set Including the actors, for whom I keep notes on actions and stand ready to feed any lines on the fly. On this show, also Assistant in the Art Department.

Fast-paced, promotional video for a new application coming soon, shot using two Arri Minis and intended to be edited for split-screen using similar actions from each of the two actors.

Researched and found locations deep in the woods of the Adirondacks after weeks of traveling and scouting; created agreement and worked with both parties to come to a mutually beneficial agreement; lead contact and liaison between production and owners; negotiated housing and meals for cast and crew of 11; organized transportation to and from NYC for cast and crew of 11; liaison between production and town, handling all paperwork for permits needed to shoot in public locations as well as public swimming pool in town during the week of production; on set throughout the shoot to liaison as needed.

Maintain all equipment on set related to electric and camera, working with the 1st AD and Gaffer to realize the director’s vision for the film.

Kept accurate notes on every Take in each Setup for every Scene. Notes recorded and converted into reports used for Editor. Notes taken from data or comments given first hand by Director, Camera dept, Sound dept and Actors. Notes also included details I saw in continuity and any changes in the script for the "best" take. Tramlines were marked on the script to show all dialogue was recorded on camera in one take or another. Finally, I took stills of each start and finish of each Scene Setup.

Key grip on part two of a larger series, this one shot entirely in New York City.

Key Grip on a two-day shoot, indoors and outdoors. Also relegated to manage two body cameras the client wanted to use for added editing possibilities.

1-day shoot in Short Hills NJ. We interviewed a person sitting in a chair and walking outside, also shot b-roll throughout. Loaded in equipment, maintaining clean set and production spaces, ran errands, etc.

Aside from all script sup responsibilities, I was also tasked with slating every take of the film and was the official driver of the 14’ equipment box truck used by the production.
