The Kids & Family Specialty Team holistically represents the Kids & Family (K&F) portfolio within the *** Ad Sales organization. The Kids & Family portfolio includes *** networks and EyeQ Kids & Family video, to Branded Programming and I *** uencer, as well as experiential and licensing. Members of this highly motivated, strategic, and collaborative team work across the *** Ad Sales teams to build and execute ad sales growth strategies across all accounts. The team is composed of sales experts with a deep understanding of the kids and family marketplace, standards and practice guidelines and government regulations as well as industry best practices when marketing to kids.
Job Description: As the Coordinator, you will work closely with Kids & Family-focused Account Managers, Account Executives, Client Planning Directors & Management to develop marketplace and industry-wide materials and strategies to help drive revenue. Your core responsibilities will be to help build and distribute our materials to internal partners. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating account strategies as well as ongoing distribution earnings, trade, and press to wider account teams for ideation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Partner with convergent sales team to consult on Kids & Family partnership alignment while driving incremental share and new revenue to the K&F portfolio
- Serve as a specialty resource for sales strategy, client service, and agency monetization
- Build positive relationships with the Kids & Family brand and across *** to facilitate communication, collaboration, internal support & ideation across key category marketing initiatives
- Ensure K&F sellers have visibility across sellable opportunities, working and closed business, and relevant research and key changes within the Kids marketplace
- Assist in the creation and deployment of K&F sales materials
- Craft the Specialty team's yearly goals, aligning with organizational objectives
Qualifications: - Minimum 1+ years' experience in *** sales and/or marketing
- Highly skilled in PowerPoint
- Proficient in Excel and data manipulation
- Strong organization skill and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask across numerous projects/verticals
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
- Excellent social skills to interact with internal and external clients
- Knowledge/experience in the Kids & Family space a plus!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
