Department Summary Universal Products & Experiences' Multi *** team manages the vision and voice of our leadership and global brand through five key disciplines: pitch and presentation design and messaging, sales materials development, event design, and asset production.

Job DescriptionThe Sr. Design Manager is responsible for the Art Direction and design, of presentation materials. This includes the managing the project and its deliverables as well as visual problem solving to help our partners tell the most compelling story. Ownership of the project includes presenting the work and articulating design rationale to internal stake holders.
This role also develops internal-use templates and is responsible for their design and build out. The Sr. Manager is responsible for internal training on those templates to key partners.
This role will contribute in both ideation and creative for industry and internal trade events. This includes experiential concepting and showcase production and creative.

- Effectively owning and managing the creation of deliverables across multiple projects
- Trade show and internal event creative and production
- Ensures a consistent high level of design across all projects
- Create franchise and internal brand templates and implement training on those materials, and presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint)
Qualifications- 5+ years in presentation design experience
- Strong MAC skills including highly proficient in Keynote. Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator
- Prior experience working with "C"-level executives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Ability to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic working environment
- Stays current with understanding of business/organizational priorities and evolving industry trends
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends and travel both domestically and internationally

Salary range: $110,000 - 135,000 (bonus eligible)
