The Oracle Technical Lead is responsible for supporting the Oracle HCM and Finance environments, modules, and related technology at the direction of Oracle product owners and technology directors. Support includes assisting the HCM and Finance Support Teams with the implementation of new products and functionality as well as the technical support related to environment maintenance, integrations, automation, and security.
As a Technical Lead, the resource will be responsible for the planning and execution of initiatives assigned by the directors. Initiatives can include the hands-on development of new applications and integrations as well as the oversight of work assigned to other support personnel and developers. The Technical Lead would be responsible for the day-to-day planning and prioritization of related tasks from requirements to deployment.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs application programming/systems development and support for HCM and Finance.
- Leads application program/systems development projects assigned by directors, collaborating with business users, *** Technology Services, and onshore/offshore support personnel.
- Performs configuration of business rules and technical parameters of software products.
- Handles and resolves technical support requests.
- Works with internal staff and 3 rd party vendors to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
- Assists with release management activities related to planned upgrades and refreshes across all environments.
- Participates in and supports projects and process improvement activities.

- Ability to integrate using Oracle cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to create and execute against a project plan.
- Ability to collaborate and work with offshore resources.
Education & Training
- Bachelor's Degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in an Oracle cloud operations infrastructure.
- Exposure to Oracle SaaS applications HCM, ERP, etc. is preferred.
- Experience working with and implementing using any of the following Oracle tools is preferred:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Visual Builder Cloud Ser *** (VBCS)
- Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
- Oracle Integration Cloud - Data Integrator (OIC-DI)
