Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Short Form and Social Media Producer to join our team full time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital media, have a strong understanding of YouTube shortform content creation across all social media platforms, and possess excellent video editing skills. This position will have total ownership from ideation to posting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Conceptualize and produce engaging short-form video content for YouTube shorts, TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram feed and stories, focusing on trends, viral content, and audience interests.
• Collaborate with our CEO/Talent to brainstorm and develop new video ideas.
• Edit and optimize videos for all platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals, compelling storytelling, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage and maintain our shortform channels, including uploading videos, writing compelling titles and descriptions, and optimizing out output by analyzing our analytics.
• Create and execute social media strategies to promote any brand integrations throughout our content across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, audience engagement, and social media analytics to optimize content strategy and maximize reach.
• In charge of posting promotional assets across platforms in coordination with long form uploads - i.e., YouTube community post, IG feed, etc.
Requirements but not limited to:
• Experience in video production, particularly in creating short-form content for digital platforms is a must.
• See projects from ideation to posting which includes, coordinating with colleagues for best filming dates, filming, editing per platform, editing solo project and being able to edit from previously edited longer form materials, then uploading to platforms.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of CEO/Talents Brand and best practices for platform growth.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for content distribution and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment while importantly being a self-starter who can self- manage and keep posting cadence on schedule without needing to be micromanaged. We really want this team member to have full ownership of this role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

In conjunction with the Executive Director, Digital Content and Digital Producer, develop a social *** strategy for Wheel of Fortune that's innovative and on trend.
Plan and execute the daily social editorial calendars across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube (+ emerging platforms) including partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Assist in the planning and execution of social calendars for talent.

Craft and implement overall social campaign strategy, calendaring and execution for campaigns and tentpole events.

Job Description

The Campaign Manager is the lead for managing digital assets and campaign execution for all One Digital Video campaigns throughout their entirety. You will be responsible for acquiring digital assets, analyzing campaign placements, ensuring that campaigns are accurately executed, including that every aspect of the campaign is being delivered as expected. The *** Campaign Manager is also responsible for any troubleshooting and additional ad-hoc reporting requests.

The Sales Operations team works side-by-side with the *** Sales team to ensure that advertising campaigns run smoothly and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities:

Interface with internal teams and Ad Agencies to obtain and manage digital assets throughout the pre- and post-launch process
Advise on any adjustments needed to received assets to meet *** U specifications
Lead weekly meetings with cross-functional teams (Sales, Planning, Inventory) to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives for ***
Troubleshoot campaign advertisement issues
Review and analyze campaign health reports to provide feedback to *** sales partners and advise on any necessary adjustments

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations
