ROLE DESCPRIPTION
The Partnerships Business Development Manager, will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that drive business growth and innovation for Max in LATAM. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful implementation and management of digital partnerships.
THE DAILY - Major Activities
- Identifying potential partners and evaluating the strategic fit and value of partnerships.
- Developing and executing partnership strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing, and performance metrics.
- Managing ongoing partner deals, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for expansion or business improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with business priorities.
- Analyzing partnerships performance and providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
THE ESSENTIALS - Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Advanced Level of English.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Key Account manager experience is a Plus.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms in partnership agreements
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with partners and internal teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop partnership strategies aligned with WBD/Max business goals.
- Results-Driven: Ability to set and achieve ambitious partnership goals and drive business growth.
- Experience in *** & streaming industry as a strong plus.
