Primary focus
As a Product Manager leading Cancellations on our Commerce team, this role holder will conceive, define, design, execute, test, and launch highly effective subscription cancellation experiences that are contextually relevant, useful and frictionless for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own high-value, consumer-centric digital features and products supporting *** 's subscriber retention efforts.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to define requirements.
- Present vision, strategy, work product, insights, and KPIs to stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- Collaborate with other product owners, product marketing and brand teams, designers, and engineers to successfully deliver products to market. Build, test, learn, and increment.
- Balance inputs from business, design, research, technology, and external teams. Create a network of cross-functional partners. Build rapport and earn trust.
- Champion and evangelize best practices. Collaborate on the planning and building of scalable and extensible tools and resources.
- Develop a roadmap of impact-generating digital products, features, and optimizations that prioritize customer value, business growth, and strategic opportunities
- Prioritize features based on user data and strategic importance

Essential knowledge & experience
- Minimum 3 years managing the cancellation product lifecycle-incubating, building, delivering, and scaling digital products.
- Experience developing and shipping products for the web, mobile apps, smart TVs, connected TV devices - tvOS, Fire TV, Roku, etc.
- Solid working experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and working with Technology teams to break down problems
- Fluency in defining problem statements, running design sessions with UX/Product Design, hypothesis-based design.
- Expertise in rapid deployment and experimentation-metrics, analytics, A/B testing, user testing, and market research.
- Experience working in an agile software development environment.
- Comfort with various product management tools such as Jira, Optimizely, Powerpoint, and Excel
- A deep understanding of the streaming market, its major players, trends, and challenges
- Experience with paid subscription products
