Klein Creative Media is a local Redondo Beach production company that specializes in (but is not limited to) real estate, business, and drone videos. We are currently seeking someone to permanently fill the position of Office Assistant. Typical responsibilities of the office assistant include: creating call sheets, coordinating with clients and crew members, organizing and filing around the office, doing simple errands, and being the overall right-hand to the owner of Klein Creative Media.
This job requires someone who can multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently and as a collaborative team. This is an entry-level position.
Preferred skills/abilities:
- Experience working in Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working in Canva
- Experience working in Microsoft Office
- Ability to think fast and on the spot
-Ability to time manage and keep track of inboxes, meetings, and project deadlines
Preference will be given to the candidates residing in the local South Bay area. A driver's license and a form of reliable transportation is required.
We are currently offering between 20-30 hours per week, M-F, with the possibility of the hours extending into full-time. The starting compensation is above California minimum wage.
