This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY or BRISBANE.
Enough about us! What you'll do as a Marketing Coordinator:
As the Marketing Coordinator your role will be to assist the Marketing Manager/s with planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication and national campaign delivery and administrative and partnership support across *** and Network 10's top rating shows like 'Survivor', 'Masterchef' and many more!
Functions will also include:
- Building and managing internal and external local and national marketing relationships and contacts
- Advising the national team on state-specific ratings outcomes, organising local deals and promotions, and sharing up-to-date knowledge of the national *** landscape
- Assisting with managing all local and national sponsorships and CSA requests as approved by Head of Marketing
- Producing marketing event and sponsorship pre and post reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Working on special projects as advised by Management
- Liaising with state marketing representatives to keep updated and relevant *** reports, community event calendar and community database
What are we looking for in a Marketing Coordinator? What's important?
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar Assistant or Coordinator role which could be across marketing, publicity, Sales, Promotions, Social *** , Digital *** , etc.
- A genuine passion for TV and the broader entertainment industries
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office program
- Confident in dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working autonomously
- A positive and proactive attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required:
- Experience within the *** industry
