ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pull and stage equipment from warehouse for outbound orders
• Scan corresponding barcodes for each item, including multiple pieces within one unit
• Scan inbound equipment when returned and check for missing parts and test EQ for damage
• Filing and organization of paperwork and maintenance of the L&G Dept records
• Customer Service
• Periodically answer telephone
• Email
• Initiate damage and lost items reporting to supervisor
• Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Work cooperatively within a team and with other departments
• Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are very important
• Create stock checks and short lists to maintain accurate inventory counts
• Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to learn
• Maintain cleanliness of Company’s vehicles
• Familiarity with grip and lighting or other media equipment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive Apps, and/or Rental Tracker Pro
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.
• Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs,
carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
• Physical activities required of this job include, but are not limited to: bending, carrying, climbing, crouching, feeling, finger movement, grasping, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, rapid work speed, speaking, reaching, repetitive motions, seeing, sitting, standing, stooping, talking, twisting, walking, and walking on irregular surfaces
• Clean driving record is a must
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check
