How you'll make an impact: - The Principal Technical Program Execution Lead will be responsible for the planning and execution of large, complex cross-team initiatives across platform areas within the Commerce, Acquisition, Data, and Martech domains. You must have a proven program management track record in enterprise-wide initiatives, including roadmap planning, discovery, cross-functional interdependencies, alignment, and implementation. The primary focus is the orchestration of engineering and program leadership for the development and in-market enhancements that are impactful to revenue, customer subscription management and experiences, and marketing/usage data.
- This role will integrate program management best practices with your ability to help drive decision making of product and engineering stakeholders, and ultimately the execution of impactful initiatives by managing the cross-functional alignment required for delivery of business value.
- In addition, this represents an exciting opportunity to be a senior member of a small and high performing experienced team of technically-focused, enterprise-level program managers, with a focus of enablement and execution. Our focus are those "big boulder" initiatives that will transform and modernize our platform, products, and business, and are thus met with much visibility across the organization.
- What you'll do:
- Ensure best practices and repeatable consistent processes for requirements definition, including the use of Jira to enable the traceability of tickets to our company roadmap, and the engagement with TPM-driven processes leading to engineering fulfillment
- Guide the appropriate funneling of requirements to Engineering teams by driving collaborations across all functional product and stakeholder orgs, including Product teams, Business stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Marketing), and Business areas (Automotive, Content, Martech)
- Contribute to executive-facing program reviews, utilizing Jira data, along with program insights, to create clear communication on health of product definition, technical executions, cross-team accountabilities and expectations. Regularly contribute to conversations with leads across all functions, including the executive leadership team.
- Lead cross-functional communications, inclusive of change management and initiative status reporting
- Provide escalation paths as appropriate, to identify risks, improve execution and remove barriers to execution
- Lead preparations and ceremony with engineering and product for cross-domain program reviews relating to core technology initiatives

What you'll need: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Deep experience in leading large scale technology initiatives within tight deadlines
- Minimum 8 years of deep experience in managing technical programs; people management is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of senior program management experience, with experience in executive leadership alignment and communication
- Minimum 6 years of program experience in commerce platform technologies (payment and billing, IAP, subscription management, offer management) and/or data and marketing related technologies.
- Minimum 5 years Atlassian (Jira) or similar tooling for managing product and engineering intake and fulfillment processes across large scale engineering initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of program management across multiple cross-functional teams, building consumer facing applications across a variety of platforms
- Minimum 5 years experience managing engineering focused programs, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Strong propensity towards relationship building
- Experience working with multiple Agile methodologies
- Architectural or systems design experience
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $145,000 - $220,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
