I am looking for a 1st AC for a small documentary shoot in Albany, NY shooting on May 9. We will be filming 3-4 interviews and likely one person will be on camera for each interview. This will take place in various spots within the same location. This is the very last day of filming for this documentary so we have a streamlined process. It should be a relatively easy going day.

We are filming on the Red Komodo and Red Raptor. If you own one of those cameras, that is a huge plus. Rate negotiable for camera package. There is also a possible prep day on May 8 if needed.

Must be local to Albany, NY or willing to work as a local. We cannot accommodate any travel, hotels, per diem, mileage, etc.

Rate is $450/10 + negotiable camera package if applicable

Will be provided camera settings for photos and do's and dont's for photos
Contractors are responsible for monitoring the camera during filming for audio and focus
Contractors are to assist with the production wrap

Watching and maintaining composition and monitoring audio as well along with color balance for interview cameras, and keeping everything in sharp focus throughout each interview.

Need 2nd AC to come be a part of our merry band of travelers bringing a new show for Discovery to town. Think American Pickers or Antique Roadshow in terms of the style and logistics we will be dealing with. We'll be tied to the filming locations (the homes) without any real company moves once we get rolling.

ISO people experienced with on-set protocol and communication, can-do attitude and comfortability in fast-paced shooting environments. Your job should be solely supporting cameras (we will have a Lead AC and Media Manager in tow), but looking for someone ideally not afraid to help a PA with a case either. In search of a Assistant Camera (AC) for a two-day shoot in Jacksonville, FL scheduled for June. The specific dates are yet to be determined, but we are currently in the process of assembling the crew.
