Job DescriptionRole Summary:
Universal Products & Experiences Global Asset Management team is part of the Business & Legal Affairs and Business Operations function, managing the vision and voice of our leadership and global brands through global asset acquisition, production, distribution and management, reaching across the Studio.

Reporting to the Director, Global Asset Management, the Senior Manager will be a seasoned individual with experience managing a variety of asset types and implementing efficient workflow to drive timely asset distribution, while maintaining asset security. The Senior Manager will focus on the Live Action content engine, with additional project work in systems upgrades and process evaluation and refinement.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Source, route for clearance and distribute assets for a global business. Final asset types can include: key art, logos/title treatments, director selects/unit photography stills, 3D files, audio files, A/V toolkits and trailers;
- Daily management of upload, organization, branding and asset workflow for the Live Action content engine within the digital asset system, Creative Asset Factory (AEM system);
- Manage and fulfill internal and external team specialized asset and reference material requests;
- Source and distribute early film reference assets and pitch materials from various Studio divisions and production offices;
- Deliver on time, every time, while managing both long and short-term deadlines in a fast-paced working environment;
- Daily management of security permissions, access, and troubleshooting for internal and external partners and agents worldwide across various asset distribution systems;
- Partner closely with Legal to ensure asset clearance and release protocols are followed;
- Assist Director with cultivating and managing solution-oriented relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business needs across departments and proactively mine assets accordingly;
- Manage live action asset communications to internal and external partners;
- Oversee translation services for tag lines, legal lines, marketing copy, characters and locations across all languages;
- Assist Director in evaluating current processes and develop roadmap for implementation to increase organizational efficiency and speed to market; and,
- Partner with production team to review and pre-flight all live action design guides and character art.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in asset management in a Licensing, Ad Agency, Design Firm or a related *** Company;
- Experience with sensitive materials and assets;
- Customer focused and diplomatic with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Top-notch organizational skills with the ability to retain details, follow established protocol and proactively anticipate business needs;
- Team player with an "all hands on deck" attitude enabling the team to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities;
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building positive relationships both inside and outside the Studio;
- Experience with various digital asset distribution methods, Moxion and Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus;
- Comprehensive knowledge of a variety of digital assets and how they are used on print and 3D product applications;
- Mac proficient and skilled in all Adobe and Microsoft applications;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and creative artists a plus; and,
- Interest in developing quality and creative consumer products across broad categories from toys, apparel, health and beauty, publishing and collectibles.

Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 (bonus eligible) (Defer to HR)
