The Position *** is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative conceptual design leader to oversee visual storytelling, art and design creative across the Brand and Partnerships teams. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the next phase of the *** Brand and create a brand belief system that will shape decisions across the company and build long-lasting emotional connections with consumers.
As the Art Director, you will be responsible for collaborating with a team of designers (both internally + externally) and partner with freelance ADs to develop and execute on the master brand positioning and strategy. You'll give the conceptual brand work visual life and ensure all shipped work is on-brief, on-brand and on-time.
You'll not only lead the art direction of 360, brand-centric campaigns that will drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across all the channels but create and foster genuine brand love for *** .
This role will partner closely with its Brand Creative, Brand Marketing and Partnerships counterparts to maximize the impact of marketing opportunities through breakthrough, brand-defining creative. The team will also work with a growing list of best-in-class external brand partners to create the most impactful, compelling and talked about collaborations and activations in entertainment that will allow *** to unlock new channels and engage with new audiences.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience designing for in-house or studio/agency partner teams; link to online portfolio of work that showcases your unbridled design passion required
- A deep design background, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in concept and entertainment design, typography, layout, form, motion design and composition
- Experience collaborating with and designing for creative marketing campaigns with best-in-class Brand partners. You've designed for screens, live events, social, merch and multi *** spaces.
- A proven history of designing breakthrough 360 campaigns across all platforms and inspiring work for a challenger brand in order to differentiate in a crowded marketplace.
- Direct experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional partners ( *** , marketing, creative ops), internal creatives (CDs, writers, producers) and external agency partners. You understand how to design for two distinct brand identities in a unified way ( *** + External Partner)
Desired Qualifications:- Strong track record of success attracting, building, leading and retaining passionate and talented creative design teams and finding best-in-class design agency partners
- Proven ability to proactive solve creative problems, self-motivate and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- An exceptionally creative thinker and communicator with an inquisitive mind that is comfortable and passionate about the intersection of creative, strategy, *** , marketing, consumer insights and design.
- Ability to i *** uence at all levels of an organization, utilizing interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a dynamic and high-pressure environment; able to evangelize the brand design system & champion creative work across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership.
- Extensive experience making creative decisions in real-time based on qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing performance data and applying that information to creative design work accordingly.
- Strong track record of interacting and working with multiple stakeholders and partnering collaboratively with brand creative, marketing, partnerships, creative ops and consumer insights teams.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Expert user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, C4D, etc.) preferred.
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 (Bonus eligible)
