- Oversee strategic business initiatives and partnership development opportunities, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity.
Define new operational efficiency, partnership strategies and special projects :
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in content distribution and entertainment.
Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate joint-partnership deals with potential content distribution partners.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by developing and leveraging new and existing partnerships.
Ad Revenue: Identify opportunities to increase ad revenue across ecoysystem
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the executive team.
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and Business Operations/Project Management with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the entertainment or digital content distribution industry.
- Strategic Partnerships: Demonstrated success in forming, negotiating, and managing high-value strategic partnerships in entertainment or the digital content distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital *** landscape, including streaming services, VOD, and social *** platforms.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field; Master's degree preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $160,000.00 - 185,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
