Non-union crime docuseries is looking for an audio mixer with their own gear for a 4 to 5-day interview shoot in the Utica area.
The 4 to 5 days are the 4/8 through 4/13. Must be local or can work as a local in Utica!
Production will NOT put you up, provide mileage, or pay your tolls.
This shoot is all interviews. Simple straightforward shoot. Small all-hands-on-deck type crew. The interviews will be primarily filmed in hotel suites and Airbnb.

The News Production Assistant provides support to production staff prior to, during and after the production of a program.
- Composes and frames camera shots, applying the technical aspects of light, lenses and camera settings to achieve the effects sought by directors
- Adjusts positions and controls of cameras to change focus, exposure and lighting as requested by the director

- Operates remote cameras during live broadcasts

- Produces and presents sports reports for all platforms
- Ensures that all sports content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality
