Job Summary/Description:

The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in developing visual elements for daily newscasts, crafting social *** graphics, designing promotional elements, and preparing sales presentations. This is a full-time position for the evening shift, involving collaboration with various departments across the station.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create visual components to enhance storytelling across our daily newscasts
• Handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with the Sales team to produce compelling digital advertising assets for clients
• Contribute to the development of promotional materials

Qualifications/Requirements:

Job Description/Summary:

We are in search of a candidate who brings not only a strong skillset but also a vibrant personality and prior experience as a Weathercaster. Collaborating closely with a dedicated co-anchor team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering captivating weather updates to our audience.

Duties/Responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

• Crafting a comprehensive 10-day weather forecast tailored for northern Indiana, Southwest Michigan, and any other geographic area as instructed.
• Publishing the current forecast on ****.com and our First Alert weather app, complete with engaging videos and graphics.
• Sharing intriguing weather insights and scientific information via the official **** social *** platforms, as well as your social *** platforms ex. Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) etc.
