- Ability to write, shoot, and edit promos
- Comfortable working individually and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Oversee and maintain the day-to-day 'look' of two distinct television stations
- Produce station image promos
- Work collaboratively with two Promotions Producers on the production of from-scratch and topical promos
- Maintain a list of creative ideas for future implementation
- Fill traffic logs with promotion inventory
- Assist in the marketing of the station through on-air and outside ***
- Assist with station sponsored events
- Minimum five (5) years' experience as a Promotions Producer
- Must be able to write, shoot, and edit promos, while managing deadlines and strategic plans
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and OSi trafficking software
- Knowledge and experience with 3D software (e.g. Cinema 4D or similar) strongly recommended
- Non-linear editing experience (Adobe Premier non-linear editing experience is a must)
- Extensive shooting and scripting of both short and long form spots
- Ability to write, shoot and edit content that tells a compelling story
- A strong understanding of fundamental design, sense of color, typography and composition
- Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including *** management and encoding video to various formats
- Ability to maintain a variety of projects and work with varying production styles while employing strong client ser *** skills
- Advanced knowledge of High-definition (HD) cameras and videography, motion graphics and creative lighting techniques
- Ability to maintain digital assets, archives and edit systems
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to routinely lift, carry and move equipment in excess of 40 lbs
- Live, multi-camera production and microwave truck experience preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in broadcast production is a must
- A college degree is preferred
- Prior team management preferred
