We collaborate with the consultant community, as well as with its customers' engineering staffs, to design advanced and reliable antenna systems.

Dielectric is currently seeking Production Workers to join our team! The production workers perform a variety of tasks, including picking and staging parts for jobs, assembly of components, and data entry. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, and be flexible as priorities change.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with production specifications and plant data for product assembly
• Ability to read a pick list and compile product for shipment
• Able to produce a quality product in a safe and timely manner
• Be aware of defects before product completion
• Able to multi-task
• Prepares products for shipping and receiving as directed
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED S****S:

• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented; analytical with strong problem solving abilities
• Able to follow all safety rules and regulations
• Must be willing to be trained in all areas of production

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. often
• Must be able to operate all equipment safely and within the manufacturers specifications
• The employee is required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel and crouch frequently

Dielectric is looking for a dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team! Responsible for managing international sales by pursuing leads, responding to technical requests and developing sales proposals to support company sales objectives. The successful candidate will have hands on sales experience and knowledge of the broadcast industry. This job requires extensive travel and can be performed remotely.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solicit new business
• Interface with customers to define system requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support
• Define customer needs to proposal team allowing for efficient and effective proposal generation for customers
• Provide supporting data for preparation of sales projections
• Follow up on product sales to acquire detail information to support installation
• Accurately relate completed technical details to Engineering department for products sold
• Identify new product opportunities and assist with identification of TAM and competitive offers
• Keep appraised of competitive environment in each market and give feedback on changes to management
• Work with Order Management to follow up on orders to assure delivery requirements are understood by customers and met by manufacturing; monitor payment terms on orders; assist in the collection of payments
• Travel to customer locations
• Trade show support as necessary

Essential Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent; engineering background a plus
• 5+ years sales experience preferably in the broadcast market
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written); speaking a second language desirable
• Self-directed and able to function independently
• Adaptable to new computer and software technologies.
• Job requires extensive travel

Dielectric LLC is currently seeking temporary, full-time Associate Production Assemblers to join our team for the summer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and assembly of component parts, building of transmission lines, and packing and shipping products. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, be familiar with reading blueprints, be comfortable with a variety of hand tools, and be safety and quality focused.
