Corporate Brand Video team looking for an experienced Production Coordinator or Production Manager (ideally with experience in corporate video, marketing video, events or broadcast tv) for 1+ year contract beginning in June 2024 for maternity cover.
Position is London based and in person only. Please do not apply if you are not a UK resident, not local to London or require Visa sponsorship to work in the UK. Looking for a highly organised individual who is excellent at email communication, making and managing schedules, budgets, deadlines and client feedback, as well as processing invoicing, contracting crew, gathering film permits, etc. This is a hybrid role that will also require some broadcast studio backup work when needed - ie operating an autocue/teleprompter and assisting in studio shoots and on location shoots - for this training will be provided.
1+ year freelance contract with weekly rate ranging from 1500 - 2000 GBP. Working hours 9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.

We are looking for a very experienced television production manager with a background in culinary to join our team for a new culinary series filming in London.
This is a key role to bridge the US team and the local UK team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing television production projects, particularly in the culinary genre in a studio setting.
Responsibilities below:
- Oversee all aspects of television production, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases
- Work closely with producers, directors, and talent to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with various departments, including art, lighting, sound, and editing, to ensure smooth production processes
- Collaborate with network executives to ensure alignment with creative vision and brand standards
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety guidelines
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Television Production, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in television production, with a focus on culinary programming
- Strong knowledge and understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in expense tracker software or a MS Excel pro.
