How you'll make an impact:This role will develop compelling solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on user experience and automation. Drive usage of SNOW across the organization by building a best-in-class architecture and UI. Design and implement SNOW technologies to meet and exceed the needs of *** . Support, improve, and iterate on the platform with an exceptional team of engineers and business stakeholders.
What you'll do:- Take ownership of product iteration for a variety of internally developed tools and applications to align with evolving business needs
- Collaborate on the development of new applications and modules drawing upon technical expertise to make design recommendations for application UI and workflows
- Partner effectively with system administrators to build new solutions, manage regular patching/upgrade schedules, and quickly address backlog of enhancement requests
- Build workflows and write automated scripts
- Effectively integrate with 3rd party applications utilizing Web APIs (REST/SOAP, RestMessageV2, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API, File Imports, Spokes)
- Build and deploy required enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend effective solutions
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
- Maintain update set consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environments
- Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
What you'll need:- 5+ years of experience building software with JavaScript, Relational Databases
- 3-5+ years of extensive ServiceNow development experience
- ServiceNow certifications preferred (Administrator, Application Developer)
- ServiceNow Flow Designer expertise
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, Employee Ser *** Center, Studio, and App Engine Studio
- Experience utilizing Postman for testing and documenting various APIs
- Experience building custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Self-learner, independent, and have outstanding problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At *** , we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $107,000 - $140,000 Annual and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
