Your impact:
The Enthusiast Group is searching for an ambitious and creative Photo Director to join our team. This person will develop and execute the visual style for the brand's photography content according to brand standards and manage a team of photo editors and photographers. Candidates should have extensive experience managing and facilitating photoshoots from start to finish. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They will also bring both creative and technical expertise to all projects they work on. This position reports into our Creative Director.
What you'll do:
• Develop and execute the brand's visual styles.
• Work with producers and the Creative Director to determine aesthetic for shoots, ensuring creative vision is executed.
• Edit photos, both commissioned and stock.
• Collaborate with the art and all departments to conceptualize creative for shoot concepts.
• Research and develop new talent and current trends.
• Manage a team of photo editors and photographers.
Technical Requirements:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient understanding of studio photography needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Art/Photography
• 5+ years of experience in photography production and management
• Excellent editing skills and time management ability
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling
• Very collaborative and able to work with tight deadlines
• Expert communicator, with excellent organization and problem-solving skills
The base salary for this role is *** ween $102,000 and $110,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
