Job Summary/Description:
The ideal candidate will manage the newscast timing, flow, and pace for our weekday morning newscast. Keeps up with assignments, breaking news, and wires to make sure the newscast provides the viewer with the best information.
Responsibilities will be to communicate with MMJ's, the Assignment Manager, and the Assistant News Director to create a fast-paced, smoothly sequenced, and fact-based newscast daily.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Some newscast-producing experience, such as at a college level, is required. This is a great opportunity for a college student about to transition into their first full-time journalism job with an opportunity for growth and advancement.
