The ideal candidate must be versatile and capable of learning specialized software applications and have an aptitude for operating electronic equipment. Must have great attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Broadcast operations, including setting up, controlling and monitoring television broadcast equipment to transmit television programs and commercials to the viewing audience
On-air switching, dubbing and transferring programs
Gathering satellite feeds for broadcast use
Preparation and operation of equipment (before, during and after live newscasts)
Support the production of newscasts and other live or taped programming for television and multi-platform use
Support operation of the station by assisting Engineering, News, and other departments
Other duties as assigned

Experience:

Previous experience as a Master Control Operator is preferred

****/**** is seeking an experienced and creative Producer/Editor for our Creative Services Department. Qualified candidates must be able to create, conceptualize, script, shoot and edit cutting edge commercials for our clients. The ability to work well with internal and external clients is vital, and familiarity with social *** marketing is helpful.

Responsibilities:

Meeting deadlines with clients and staff, and managing equipment maintenance and usage
Properly coordinate and schedule all aspects of commercial production, including working with clients, sales staff and agencies
Work with sales management and Marketing Consultants to create a mutually beneficial relationship with clients in the community
Assist station promotion and marketing with community events, live radio promotions, and all other aspects of station brand development
Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Non-linear editing experience (Adobe Premiere non-linear editing experience is a must)
Working familiarity with DSLR cameras and cinematic-style shooting techniques
Ability to write, shoot and edit content that tells a compelling story
A working understanding of graphic design, sense of color, typography and composition
Ability to manage a variety of projects, while employing strong client ser *** skills
Functional knowledge of effective lighting techniques
Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to routinely lift, carry, and move equipment in excess of 40 lbs
Bachelor degree in related field is preferred
