My duties as Post Production Manager include working alongside Show Runners, Executive Producers, and Network Executives to ensure timely delivery of television series Post Production milestones and clear communication across all involved parties. On a more day-to-day level, this takes the form of communicating cut delivery dates with accompanying paper deliverables, effectively managing a Post Support team comprised of several Assistant Editors and Associate Producers, working alongside an Archival Producer to keep episodes on budget, and more.

In this role, I was responsible for working alongside Post Production Supervisors and the Director of Post Production in order to ensure timely turnaround for post production projects at Lucky 8. Primarily, my focus was on tight and articulate cross-departmental communication and achieving deliverable deadlines, but I also rolled my sleeves up to provide additional post assistance whenever the situation called for extra hands. All work accomplished using Avid Media Composer, the Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Drive.

Responsible for creative and logistical overview of a multi-performance musical concert film.

'60 Days In' - Season 6 for A+E Networks In this role, I am responsible for the following in regards to digital, broadcast, and actively developing video editing projects: Project setup, media ingesting/transcoding, grouping/syncing, creating and exporting of screeners, music importing and organizing, graphics importing, graphics prep, string outs, assisting with subtitling, editing deliverables, upres-ing and outputting deliverables, online prep, timing VO scripts if necessary, dropping in final VO, and troubleshooting tech issues as they arise. I have also edited short-form packages for client web use. All work accomplished using Avid Media Composer and Adobe After Effects.

Loaded camera gear in and out, helped assemble rig, maintained fresh batteries and media, wrangled cable and monitors, swapped Cooke primes in and out, operated slate, and assisted first AC.

Co-creator and co-producer for Small Step Sessions, a music web-series featuring one artist, one song, and one venue every week from St. Louis, MO.

Operated a Blackmagic Cinema Camera 4K with a Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 Canon L on a two person conversation piece and a roundtable discussion between five people for the Race Roundtable series on YouTube for The Journey in St. Louis.

On-location interviews, b-roll, verite-style demonstrations, and location establishing footage.

Pre-production discovery meetings with client, on-location shoot dates at three events (5D Mk. II and GoPro 3+ Black Edition for drone operations), field interviews and verite shooting along with b-roll and establishing footage, and edit duties on final cut for client delivery.

Camera operated for a full-day sizzle / pilot shoot for Whigged Out!, a make-over show focusing on assisting those who have undergone harsh medical issues and been left with physical reminders of their past. Operated on establishing, b-roll, verite moments, and field interviews.

Worked with the director and producer during pre-production to assemble a shot list and boards, assembled camera kit and provided lenses and lighting for on-set responsibilities, worked with an AC during production, delivered final images to edit team.

I was responsible for driving the production truck, picking up and taking back production rentals, driving talent to the airport, running returns, and coordinating production assistants on set.

I acted as the lead director and full-time producer for Snapshot Interactive’s St. Louis office. I either directly created pre-production materials, executed full production services, and produced final deliverables for the client or oversaw all of those aspects for each St. Louis-based project.

Pre-pro, on set, and post work as lead director / producer for a company profile / recruitment piece to be used nationally.

Directed and produced the #EqualityForAll campaign video for JCI feat. nationally recognized street artist Peat Wollaeger.

Edited show opening, segment edits (lead on some, assist on some), full episode edits, and promo edits.

Field work for show segments + closed set kitchen demo production.

Throughout 2014 I executed all aspects of production, along with two other producers, for Emmy-Award Winning Feast TV for delivery to several Midwest-based PBS affiliate stations, as well as online. Per episode I was involved in pre-producing, shooting, editing, and delivering every segment, trailer, graphical animation, and final episode edit.

Co-edited all versions of the piece and was in charge with delivery and physical copies.

Prep of selections for director, responsible for first assembly, rough cut, and final cut, and worked on coloring and post processing of the film. In charge of all deliverables and content for screenings.

Co-boarded shots, collaborated with other DP on shooting duties, as well as working closely with gaffer and a first AC, worked with director and other DP for equipment selection and procurement as well as all camera operations throughout production.

I was acting Lighting Designer and Crew Chief for 4 broadcasts of HEC TV Live: Explore. Lighting design and set up, camera operator coordinator, lead camera, and break down.

B-Roll Camera + Cutaway Camera for Sean Jones arrival, performance, departure, and interviews at O'Fallon Township High School in Illinois.

Set up cameras, prepped interview space, ran power and audio cabling, assisted camera.

Camera Operator for live television broadcast program. Assisted with load in, set dec, lighting, and break down whenever not actively shooting for the program.

Load-in, set cameras and lights, prepped set, camera 1 during program, break down. Two hour long programs shot back to back with an hour in between.

Edited dailies, first assembly, rough cut, and final cut. Worked with festival organizers and television programmers to present different versions of the film. And was in charge of any and all deliverable material of any and all assets of the project.

Assisted with the shooting of the video's animatic and projection tests in office. On set was in charge of lunch orders, manning and maintaining the portable air conditioner, and assisting talent.
