Booked domestic and international travel (flights, hotel, ground transportation), crew paperwork, research, accounting (petty cash, out of pocket and corporate card reconciliation, per diem), insurance, track and maintain purchase orders, aided segment producer with locations and releases.

Booked transportation for field crew, collected start paperwork, chased outstanding items, tracked and submitted all accounting documents. Secured filming permits for various cities, including National Park Service. Generated insurance certificates and corresponded with insurance vendor for all locations. Tracked all appearance, location and confidentiality agreements.

Aided two VP of Production executives with numerous development projects in all logistical aspects of production (crew paperwork, releases, call sheets, staffing, permitting, locations, accounting, travel, swag, insurance, deliverables, clearance, purchase orders, etc). Also maintained their ever-changing calendars and helped facilitate the setup of office space for all new productions.

Managed schedule for multiple departments. Corresponded with business management team, security and public relations. Prepared action lists for all projects. Researched information for business ventures and presented results to board members along with financial reports and updates. Updated social media and website. Oversaw home renovations, managed family schedule and travel.

Managed a small production company. Oversaw the company’s movies from conception to final product. Budgeting, scheduling, wardrobe, locations, hiring crew, accounting, coordinated post-production including editing, graphics, duplication/replication, packaging, marketing and advertising. Making sure all deadlines were met and oversaw international distribution. Booked travel and prepared expense reports.
